Day 4 no cutting. 3 seconds since skin picking though. Can't wait till day 11 because I can say onety one  what a good reason to be self harm free  but hey it is working....now I must imagine the splendor when I'm skin picking free and cutting free for onety one days. It will be like so joyful I will be overwhelmed. But it won't be the same time. Even better, I will have 2 onety ones on two different days.
