It can really hurt when someone you like doesn't like you back, but try to remember that it's not the end of the world.
When it comes to your feelings with Y, honestly it might be better to break up with her. If you're only with her in case things don't work out with X then that's not fair on Y. It sounds like if you stayed with her you could be leading her on a bit. However, the other option is to try and forget about X and be happy with Y. If you enjoy your time with Y ad you really like her, is it worth giving that up for something with X that might not even happen? Only you can decide, but really you do need to make a decision between one or the other of them otherwise it's not fair on them.
Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!
Don't trust a perfect person and don't trust a song that's flawless.
RIP Granddad Terry. I'll miss you.
