Hi there,

I too have been addicted to many things.. And I know it's really hard to break them... But in order to break them... First off you have to want the addictions to go away and to stop going down hill. Second you have to replace a bad habit with a good/better one. You can try looking at the alternatives to self harm thread (I don't know how to link it ) even if you don't self harm they are still very helpful in any addictions

One thing that is helpful is taking a step down over a period of time. You said you were addicted to porn. Like watch like 5 minutes less than you usually do... Then the next week take another 5 minutes and so on until you feel you have more control. You can probably get the idea for the rest of what you are addicted to.

You can also make goals saying you won't do (whatever addiction) for a week. Then if you make that goal you can do a little something nice for yourself (getting nails done, watch a movie in the theatre, etc.) then continue off with another week and then treat yourself again. You can make your goals at any length you want to

Another is (for smoking and drinking) is just not having it there. Throw it out when you are ready to. Or just simply making it harder to reach or get to. It's a lot less tempting when it's just right there.

You don't have to give these up right away... Do it when you are ready to! If you want to gain control over these things! That's the most important thing! I hope it goes well! Feel free to PM/VM me anytime
