Maybe you can ask your mom about going to your primary care doctor without necessarily telling her why you want to go. I don't condone lying but you might be able to mention some other small reason as to why you want to go if you need to. Once you're at the doctor's office you can ask to be alone in the room with your doctor and they have to allow that. As for birth control, could you tell your mom that you want them solely to help you regulate you period?
