I haven't touched alcohol for 4 months *I avoid it completely*
I haven't touched pills of any kind for 2 weeks
I haven't touched weed for a week and will lay off it for a while after having a panic attack on it
I haven't touched amphetamines for.. well fuck.. I'm on it now!
