I can't help with the social life aspect but can you ask for one day off like Tuesday and every Tuesday you do not work? Reserve that day for school work. Then reserve 30 minutes minimum for school work every day regardless of whether you are tired at the same time every day. I try to do that so that way I get my online school work done.
