people tend to self harm because they think it is a way to release stress, or use it as a cry for help or if they have low self esteem, yes i do it and yes its not good but people can help but do it because how good it feels and how easy it is to get addicted to it. or you do it because you want to know what it feels like. im not saying your a bad person for cutting but yeah it does get you noticed for doing it and you get attention because you do it. its hard to give up its kind of like a drug to us that you cant help but do it. it feels like someone is screaming trying to get out but you find it hard to let that person go so you keep it in and that's the real you don't be afraid to be yourself. if you have low self esteem then just don't be afraid to let go and tell them that your the bigger person, if you get told your weird and crazy then say i know at least i let go and be my self. if you get bullied then stand up to them and tell someone or tell them what you think ask them what they would do if there children got bullied and started to self harm? don't be afraid to let them know you through so much pain because they only care when your gone. just put the past behind you and remember your beautiful get a marker and write on your arm beautiful and look at it when your in pain and on the other arm strong so you don't cut over it make the marker black not red!! i wish everyone the best and i hope you stop cutting much love and good luck everyone im here if you need it <3<3
