Have you tried contacting the owners of those sites and explaining the situation to them?
Also, as far as telling your counselor what's going on, I don't really know much about underage counseling, but I know that when I told my counselor this and asked her to not tell my parents there was no way she could unless I signed a release form and was in immediate danger to myself. I imagine that if you tell your counselor you're not an immediate harm to yourself they may not tell your parents what's going on.
