Period issues -

I'm 17 and a virgin. My periods since college have been haywire. I'm currently on day 41, I've been having cramps and normal pms signs for 8 days.
My boyfriend didn't properly finger me as I don't want to lose my virginity and I know his hands are clean.
And I'm stressed because of college and because my period is late, that is stressing me more..
What should I do?
