I'm sure your friends would be willing to listen to you! You could go to a school counselor or teacher as well if you'd like a listening ear. A good idea for your friends is to start with smaller things, and then work up to talking about your anxiety. You could start out by saying that you'd like to talk to them and say something like, "There's something I'd like to tell you, however, it is unpleasant.." Writing a note is another good option.
