Have you spoken to your doctor or psychiatrist about how you've been feeling lately? I'm guessing you have, since you recently changed medication; however, if you haven't been completely open with your doctor or psychiatrist, then now would probably be a good time to share everything you just shared with us.
It's natural for people to have ups and downs with relationships. You've only been dating for four months, and you've already proposed to her. Could it be that you've moved past the "honeymoon phase" (where everything is blissful and the conflicts/issues aren't as obvious), and the "reality" of this relationship/commitment is now beginning to have an effect on your mood? If so, then the good news is that effective communication may be able to salvage your relationship... but only if you're both willing to talk about what's going on and are willing to put in the time/effort needed to work through conflicts/issues.
You've probably heard the phrase, "suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem." Well, it's true. Please don't resort to something so drastic when there are so many other options you can explore! Talk to your doctor or psychiatrist and your fiancée about what's going on.
