In addition to what Sydney has said, we also have LiveHelp. LiveHelp is better for one-on-one conversations, if you're not comfortable asking in chat or you think it's too triggering to discuss in chat. Unfortunately, it's not always online like chat is, but it's an option to keep in mind. I'm also here if you want to chat.
