Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through with your boyfriend. The best thing I can say is to sit him down and talk to him about how he's made you feel when he does this. Communication is the key to strengthen any relationship. Maybe he doesn't understand fully how you feel about it, and it's possible that maybe he's saying it just to get the attention of those that hear him.
