I may not know much about dating since I'm only sixteen but I have a suggestion. You say you are impatient and it makes sense, I am the same way. I empathize with that. Your girlfriend seems to still want the boundery of no kissing, just holding hands and hugging seems to be what she likes. You might have to respect that, but you can always talk to her more about the subject. The key to a good relationship is communication and I know talking about it one on one can be very productive. I suggest that asking her to take a leap of faith, even if she's scared. Just ask for one chance and if she still wants to wait longer, than that should be fine. In time she will have more courage.
