You keep doing that and I don't know what you expect me to do. You need to grow up.

I'm going to attempt to make this appointment tomorrow and I'm terrified so please have an opening when I'm available and don't scare me off from trying this again.

You keep telling me that I'm not wasting your time, yet when I go in for help the people before me run over AND my time ends before it's supposed to even when you adjust for that. It's not just once and not just with one person. You keep telling me I'm not alone in this, but I've never felt more alone in my life.
