As far as the tattooing parlor, I am happy you didn't go with the person you first met. I would suggest not going back there. That really is never a good sign. Do your research on tattoo artist and the parlor. Call around, go to a website if its possible, check out the parlor in person, ask people who have tattoos that you know and where they went, get testimonies of those who got tattooed at a particular parlor, get pricing checked, and see if they are willing to do the tattoo you want. Do not rush into this. Also, I most likely guarantee that all the tattoo artist you speak to, won't do white.
