Like some other users have already said the wrist doesn't hurt a lot, it felt like getting scratched by a cat repeatedly. I've heard the chest can be quite uncomfortable though as it's right on the bone.
I personally didn't have a problem with it being itchy after so I haven't got any advice on that matter.
