My grandma is getting really sick, one friend is showing signs of an eating disorder, another friend is showing signs of depression, boy #1 hasn't spoken to me in ages and boy #2 has lost all interest in being my friend at all. Why? Just why?

I could dwell on my problems... But I'd rather make a milkshake...
