Hey there,
Does your nearby town have a gay-straight alliance, LGBT+ support group, or similar program? Even if you're not ready to date, you can still make friends with some of the people in the LGBT+ community, which may help knowing that you have some support around you from people who understand what you are going through. You can make friends with them and even hang out with them as well, which may help ease up on things.
Also remind yourself that even though you may not be in a relationship right at this moment, your time definitely will come! I know it may be difficult sometimes for people in the LGBT+ community, but you definitely won't be alone forever and someone will come your way, maybe even when you least expect it.
Know that you can be happy even without a relationship. You don't have to force yourself into a relationship when you're not ready, so maybe you can surround yourself with friends and family and enjoy their company as well.
Try and find ways to express your emotions as well, such as through writing and art. At least that way, not everything will be pent up inside.
I'm also really proud of you for seeking help with the depression you're going through, you should be very proud.

Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive
