Where do you self-harm (in your house)?
Usually in my bedroom, sometimes in the shower.

Where do you self-harm (on your body)?
Near my hip bones (around where my underwear sits). It's the only place I can do it without anyone seeing.

Not everyday, but a few times a week.

How much do you self-harm (e.g. number of cuts)?
Depends. When I relapsed the other day, I made quite a few seeming my old ones had faded. Since then, has just been a couple.

Usually at night.
