Sometimes I will listen to music, pick up the phone and talk to a friend, but most of the time I find that writing down what I feel inside does best for me. Usually comes in some type of poem or jumbled thoughts.
I am perfectly imperfect, beautiful in my flaws, chaotic, fearless...a beautiful disaster.
