Have had a healthyish breakfast today - had 2 crumpets with cream cheese, a tub/box of wheetos meteors (couldn't be bothered to get a bowl and the tub was nearer so emptied them into a tub lol. ) some fruit gummie vitamin things and a mug of tea.
