One year, and 10 days off of a month (2-22-12 was the last time). I didn't think I'd make it past that year, but I did. I cried the day I hit it, I cried even more on my birthday when I realized I'd actually survived another year. My best friend has been a huge support. On Monday, he dragged me to see about booking an appointment with a counselor and we're going on Friday. I'm terrified, but I know that if I can make it this long without SH, I can face this.
Congratulations to everyone who is SH free and good luck to those working on quitting. Stay strong <3
