My girlfriend

So My girlfriend is 19 but she bi and dating a 21 year old girl. I love her alot i really do but we want to move on and become closer. so my question is how do you know your ready for the next step.

I'm sorry, can you rephrase your post? It sounds like you're dating someone who is currently dating someone else...? Are you saying that you're currently in an open relationship, and want to make it exclusive?

I'm a bit confused, as well. Is the next step for you having a monogamous relationship with someone, as in you're both only seeing each other? Maybe if you re-worded your post, we could answer better.
