Question My Boyfriend and me are having problems - April 3rd 2018, 05:13 PM

Hi my name is Maddie. My boyfriend have been dating for 10 months now. Recently me and him have been having problems with arguing. The arguments usually start with him being upset. I love him so very much but I just need some tips on how to help him with his anger.

Hey there,

Do you know why he has become angry? Does it have to do with stress in his life or something like that? Without knowing the reason behind his anger it's hard to say much however I think the best thing he could do is get into therapy to try and deal with the anger. A therapist would be able to help find him coping skills to deal and that might help with the fights you are having.

Best regards.

We have been working our relationship together but his anger is just getting to be a lot. I dont want to leave him at all. He is a amazing boyfriend until he gets upset.

You don't ha e to leave him unless he is verbally, physically or sexually abusive. However, he has to be willing to work on his anger by seeking therapy or something like that. His anger is a personal thing and he has to be the one to find coping skill and to deal with it.

You haven't specified if he is willing to seek therapy or not but if he is struggling with anger to the extent that it seems. It's likely his best bet is to seek out therapy to deal with the core of it.
