Hey~ My name is Little light!! So like the last boyfriend I had was a bad boyfriend ;~; he was really controlling and tried to change me a lot since then I got a new boyfriend! *Cheers slightly* It's an online relationship (Which.. I don't like too much but I'm happy to be with him so I don't mind to much~) But! I'd like to webcam with him!! but I don't know what webcam I could buy him does anyone know a good webcam under 20 bucks on amazon I could get him? And would you mind linking it thanks!

Are you buying it for him? Why can't he buy himself his own webcam? I don't advise buying someone you've never met or even seen anything, it's not safe and you could easily be buying it for someone who just wants your money. If you meant that it's for you though, I've had good luck with my Logitech webcam.
