Okay, I'm really scared so I need any help I can get.

Last week my boyfriend invited me to go his friend's party, which was someone I knew. I naively decided to go with him since we had been going out for 2 years at that time. When I got there it was mostly full of guys, only a few girls were there. I didn't think it was suspicious at first, but as soon as I wanted to leave because I was getting tired, a guy grabbed me by the arm. I got angry and started calling for my BF, but he didn't do anything and instead grabbed my other arm. They both dragged me to the top of a table and started to take my shirt and pants off. I was resisting but there were 3 guys holding me down and I couldn't do anything. One them pulled out a knife and said that if I resisted more they'd cut me. I stayed quiet while they pulled off my bra and panties. I remember them fingering me and anally raping me and torturing me. They've already been arrested by the police but I'm not sure what I should do now. Please help.

I think that you should consider looking into counseling to help you cope with everything that has happened. Counseling can be a great way to help you work through everything that has happened and it is a great place to get support. It might be good to lean on your friends and family for support as well. They are a good source of support at times like these.

I want you to know that you will be able to make it through all of this. Things will be tough for quite some time but there is hope. This is not the end of your world. You are strong and will be able to make it out of this, okay?
