I throw up when i'm with my boyfriend, HELP ASAP

So i've been dating my boyfriend since the end of december. The first time we hung out was the first time we saw each other. i was really nervous at first but then we got more comfortable. then when he asked me to be official, i ran to the bathroom and threw up. the same thing happened about 2 weeks ago when we were making out. then on valentines day, i felt like i was gonna throw up, but i was able to control it.

MY STOMACH LITERALLY FEELS LIKE A TORNADO OF BUTTERFLIES
theres soo much adrenaline and i dont know how to control it.
he's coming over later, and i dont want it to happen again,
can someoe please help????
thanks! xoxoxo

Hey there...:)
Its great that you have found someone special..., and yeah, you are not the only one who gets nervous in a relationship, it happens with many people.
Although you said, you got comfortable but you eventually ended throwing up, it seems like you are still not comfortable enough to control your excitement, maybe you should have a talk with him and take things slowly.
However you were able to control yourself on V-Day, it means you are getting comfortable with him so don't worry, everything will be fine eventually, just try to relax whenever you are with him and enjoy your relationship...:D

Sounds like you like this guy an awful lot! Your nerves will calm in time, you might just need to take it slow with him. Having a chat to let him know that you're feeling this way might help.

I hope you get over this soon!
