You should just explain what it is. If you have one, you can tell her what it's like from your perspective, such as what you like, what you'd like to do, etc.

Does she know what a fetish is? Try and explain to her the best you can that a foot fetish basically means someone really likes other people's feet and it can turn them on sexually just like some people like being dominated during sex.

There are some good descriptions online, so you can try searching on Google. But if you have a foot fetish yourself, just tell her what it's like for you. It shouldn't be too difficult to explain. It's a person who is aroused by the thought of feet.
