Need help for my girlfriend
 

My girlfriend (15 years old) has been abused all her life. She was sexually abused by her father as a young child (voyeurism, forcing her to sit on his lap, touched her private parts) and has also been beaten by him on many occasions. Just very recently, her dad was drunk at home, yelling at her mom. She came home from school and got in the middle of it. Her dad hit her all over, mostly the face. She has bruises all over. He then pinned her to the floor easily, since he is a very heavy man. He took off her clothes and took off his pants. He tied his belt around her wrists and sat on her legs, so she was completely immobile. He rubbed her breasts and her vagina, and was about to rape her. Luckily, a neighbor came to the door to ask what was going on (he didn't see anything) and that ended all the commotion. She has been completely traumatized by it lately and has been crying excessively. What are some options for help? Her mom doesn't do anything but watch because she's too scared to do anything.
