Female Advice Preferred: My girlfriend is a prude?

Well ive been with the same girl for two years and well we have sex and everything but shes scared to be fully naked with the lights on. and when i want them on shell never take all her cloths off because shes self consciousness about her body when she has a awesome body hips, a butt, not to big or to small breast
but i dont know how to get her to be more open about things
its starting to get boring in the bedroom?
what do i do?

Give her some time. You can't force a person to get naked for sex( even though it would be awkward to have sex with clothes on). Alot of us are self conscious about our bodies when we are naked with our partners. I've never had sex, but I have heard stories like yours, but it was between a male and female.
Anyways, if it's bother you that much, try setting her down and having a talk to her about what is bothering you.

Like Cathy said, you can't force someone to get naked for sex, or anything. I mean, being "forced" basically, or feeling like you really have to do something is hard, it's especially hard when it's for someone you love. Give her time, talk with her about it, and how you feel about it, and hopefully you guys can get over her body blues. Even through you two have done a lot of things, there are still some things she might not be comfortable doing with you just yet, and even through it's getting boring in the bedroom, what's more important, good sex or your girlfriend? (not trying to be rude or anything...)

My dear, I am agree with the previous comments. That being said I bet she will come around soon. You both obviously care about eachother, but sometimes being uncomfortable with your body can make other things difficult. I know that with my girlfriend I didn't even want to her to see my breasts but I got over that part. We haven't had sex but I am also someone that suffers from insecurities with my body. Just talk to her and give her a little more time, She will come around.
