Hi everyone,
I work for the
LGBT Center on my college campus, and we're always trying to come up with new, exciting programming. I've been asking around on different
LGBT forums because I really want a lot of new, fresh opinions.
The program can be a one-time social event, such as a dance focused specifically on the
LGBT community. It can be a weekly discussion group, such as one geared towards the transgender community, or one geared towards
LGBT students of color. It can be a workshop, such as 'safer sex for lesbians.' It can even be an awareness campaign, such as offering free HIV testing for a certain amount of time.
No idea is off limits. Ideas that are 'outside of the box' are very welcome. Any issue that you think should be addressed in a college environment, I'd love to hear about.
Thank you!!
