truth found out today..?

My old therapist said to my parents behind my back that she thought be being trans FtM was a phase. Turns out is was, but I have serious reasons why... and they just got dismayed and now my old THERAPIST said she thought it was a phase, like- tf?
edit: she said a lot of things about my identity that I didn't know about...she said I only liked boys(I'm bisexual), she said trans ftm was a phase(It was but still at the time-), and more things my parents wont tell me.

It’s not right that your old therapist went behind your back like that when you didn’t have any safety concerns related to this. I’m sorry that happened. Not all therapists will go behind your back when there isn’t a safety concern so I hope this doesn’t stop you from receiving therapy in the future. Sexuality and gender identity are fluid so there’s nothing wrong with finding something that fits better.

I honestly can't trust that anymore though. My grandmother sexually assaults me a lot, my therapists go behind my back, breaking hippa, my school doesn't care their students almost killed me....everything is falling apart, and my identity is breaking at its spine
