I don’t think it’s too young. You’re starting to explore your body more so you find out who, or what, you like.
Just make sure as you experiment you are safe If you are being sexual with anyone make sure protection is used and you discuss consent, boundaries, and safe words ahead of time. Also know that porn is different from the real thing and can often portray things inaccurately or unsafely.
That goes for sexuality too, since you posted this in the LGBT+ forum. Some people know who they are all their lives!
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

thx for ur answer! that’s reassuring given my parents are deep in religion i never had and never will have the “birds and bees” talk so i have to figure thing out on my own
and yeah it’s totally safe (it’s just myself ). i also don’t watch porn and yeah i heard it’s not representative of real life.
i just realized that i posted in the wrong forum but i think it could be relevant to this one too lolll

Yeah, I don't see nothing wrong. Don't be afraid to explore. At the end you will find what you like.

Thirteen is a very normal age to start developing sexual preferences. I don't think you'll ever stop learning about yourself and it's also very normal to "discover" new preferences later in life. My understanding of sex and gender has grown significantly since I was 13, but I was definitely already thinking about it then.
My advice to you is make sure you're doing your research on helpful sources, like TeenHelp! One place you could check out is Amaze, which breaks down many of the topics you're referring to. Good luck!

Nope. I was 16-17 when I started to discover things such as kinks, things I like, don't like, etc. It was around that same period I identified as bisexual.

Thirteen is the appropriate age to begin dating, figuring out who you like, learning what you want out of a relationship, stuff like that.
However, personally, I think thirteen is way too young to be knowing anything about kinks. Nobody is going to educate someone that age because adults see them as children still; and they practically are! Wait a few years and gain some educational experience from the appropriate resources.

my foster parents haven’t educated me about sex at all. no “birds and bees” talk no puberty books nothing so i kinda had to figure things out by myself lollll and that’s how i found about kinks. it’s not necessarily because i wanted to i unexpectedly landed in that territory

Like what other users have said, I think thirteen is a normal age to start exploring what you like.
