Coming out in 2014 (trans)

Okay, In two weeks, I'm going into the 8th grade. I fell like a woman trapped inside a man's body and I'm thinking about coming out to a friend later in the school year or beginning of 9th grade. I'm not really concerned about my friends knowing because they'll hate me (they're actually really accepting of the LGBT+ community.), I'm concerned about my friends knowing because if one of them accidentally says something (or if someone else hears the conversation), the other students would bully the living crap out of me :(. I want to say something to someone but I'm too scared to. Should I tell someone or not?

If you feel like you really need to tell people, go ahead and tell a few of your closest friends. Just be sure to stress to them how important it is to you that no one else finds out. Make sure you tell the ones you can trust the most with this information. That's all you can really do. :/
As for whether or not you should tell someone, this might sound cheesey, but you'll know when the time is right.

Thanks :). I think I feel more confident about telling my friends.
