Its really not likely, although there is always a risk when a fetus is exposed to pharmaceuticals.
From what I could find, its not known to harm the fetus. She might just want to make sure the doctor who gives her prenatal care knows this and he'll give her definite advice on this matter.

Alright, thanks. I honestly think it would be odd that it would have no effect, because you've got a bunch of chemicals and hormones running around in your body that shouldn't be there if you're pregnant.
