for the last five days i have been experiencing the following..

-lots of nausea and waking up during the night with extreme nausea and almost vomiting
-increased urinating
-when i eat and drink, i get a weird taste in my mouth like metal or something
-dizziness
-absolutly no energy

does it sound like im pregnant or something else? im kinda thinking, maybe these things are due to stress and anxiety or something else. i dont know. im kinda scared to take a test or see a doctor but i will if it keeps going.

If you've had unprotected sex recently and have started experiencing these symptoms, then it could be a possibility.

The only sure way to know is to take a pregnancy test. If it ends up being positive, you would then schedule an appointment with your doctor.

You might be. Might not be. The only way to know is to take a test. There are a million and one reasons why a girl might have pregnancy-type symptoms. Take a test. That's the only way you'll know.

ah well, i did a test from the chemist and it said negative.

I would trust the test. If you continue to have these symptoms, go see your doctor.

I would take a couple of tests just to be sure. Sometimes over the counter tests can show a false positive or a false negative. Usually taking a couple is a good idea. If you have 2 or 3 that show the same, you're in pretty good shape.

The symptoms you described, if not pregnancy related, can end up being very serious. Go see your doctor if they continue for the next couple days.

the other thing is that i dont really understand the tests. their complicated to me.. like you have to take it when your periods due or something like that. but im on the pill and have been having unprotected sex latley and forgeting to take the pill. so i dont know when my period is supposed to be. i know i seem really irresponsible at the moment, but theres so much goin on. and i wont ever put myself through this again.

If there's any question about it, go to your local clinic (doctor's office, Planned Parenthood/Australian equivalent, etc.) and have a blood test done. That's the sure fire way to know -for sure- whether you're pregnant or not. If you're not, they can at least give you an idea of what they think it might be.

You could also quite feesibly have a urinary tract infection. If you have had unprotected sex recently it's possible you developed one.

Take a pregnancy test or see a doctor to have blood work done. You should also see a doctor to have the bacterial levels in your urine checked for infection.

Like everyone has said, the best thing you can do at this point in time is just go to the doctor. You'll have an answer much more quickly than anywhere else could offer.

There are a variety of possibilities for what else could be causing all these symptoms.
