Basically — for now — birth control and contraceptives are legal. They need to remain legal too not only for those who do not want to have children; but also those who depend on birth control for hormone imbalance and other issues that affect women. Condoms are a lot easier to get than people realize. At my local pharmacist, they are in the same area where you pick up prescription and OTC medication.
