Hey guys, my name's Alisha and I want to know what it's like to be pregnant. So, any help would be great thanks
Everthing I see seems to be a lie. And everything you see in me you think is the truth. But, really all you see is what I'm masking the real me with. You never see me cry. Because I'll never let you. And you'll never see me die because I feel like I already have in a way.

It's the greatest experience, and at the same time the most awful experience ever lol. Knowing you have this little person growing inside of you that you made with someone you love, and loving it from the moment you knew it was in there without ever even meeting it is just the best feeling you could ever ever have.
But at the same time.... you are nauseous everyday straight for like three months and its horrible. You can't keep anything down, have no energy, no appetite, and feel like you'll never feel like a normal person ever again. Everything hurts... your boobs, back, joints, the list goes on... Then you start putting on the weight, and your hips get wider, you get stretch marks, and know your body will never be the same again.
Then there is the emotions and the worrying. Know how much your life is about to change, and wondering what kind of parent you are going to be.
It's very very stressful, but really it's worth ever agonizing moment!! haha
But, you still have a few years before you need to find out what being pregnant is like

My experience with my son was hard.
I was severely sick for almost the entire pregnancy.
The toilet became my best friend.. Seriously any kind of food you can think of I've probably thrown it up lol.
It was also hard limiting myself on certain activities.. (swimming/sit ups/work)
I ended up quitting my jobs because of the sickness. Which was hard.
Staying home every day.. all day long by myself and just a cat... yeah kinda went a little nuttso lol.
however, feeling him move for the first time was an amazing feeling.
So were all the other little kicks and hits.
It didn't really seem real until my 6th month when I finally started getting a baby tummy..
(seeing the baby on the monitor doesn't always make it real lol)
It got stressful in my 5th month when I started getting braxton hicks.. they lasted until the day my son was born. It's also stressful worrying bout the baby's health.. wondering if the cord is around their neck (my son's was around his neck twice)
Wondering if they're growing properly, if they're going to have all toes/fingers.. If they're going to cry when they're born..
As for stretch marks.. they make creams for that lol :P
I used lotion every single day of my pregnancy and the only place I got stretch marks was on my butt.. (forgot to lotion it hahaha!)
Once that little babe is placed into your arms after labor it's all worth it.
Just wait till your older though!

i love the first 2 trimesters...but when your belly starts getting huge you can't do anything. it hurts to walk, you can't sleep, or get comfortable for that matter. you pee every 5 minutes, you get emotional, your boobs start leaking like a cow lol..and labor is the worst feeling in the world. I mean it is worth it in the end. But you cannot wait until that baby comes out so you can finally get some sleep and well you still don't because you have a little one who wants to eat every 3 hours. being pregnant and a mother is hard no matter how old you are.

Honestly ... being pregnant for me so far has been completely miserable. Between sickness and the regular aches and pains plus complete exhaustion ... its just so frustrating. But, I know that it will all be worth it when this baby gets here. And I also know that I have a lot of time until that happens, lol. But, overall I think it is a pretty miraculous experience.

It's amazing, terrifying, upsetting, uplifting, uncomfortable, nerve wrecking, and yet the greatest feeling i have ever had.
Knowing that you are able to have another life inside of you ... just feels so indescribable.
Between the sickness and baby kickings- it's worth it.
It's the feeling of putting another life before yours.
Just be careful. The littlest thing can cause the worst outcome.
That's the feeling you will never be able to shake. Knowing your body killed an innocent life- it's something you will never forget. Sorry to sound so depressing.

It's exciting, but it definitely puts your body to the test! At the beginning of my pregnancy, I was like, "Hey... This is a piece of cake." But that was before all of the morning sickness, backaches, mood swings, and other less than mentionable symptoms kicked in. But it's an amazing feeling to know that there is a little life growing inside of you. And to feel all of the kicks and flutters makes every little bit of pain worth it.

Being pregnant is the best experience I have ever had, just knowing that there was a life (or two lives in my case) inside of you that you get to take care of, it's just an amazing feeling. Also, being with my fiancee made me feel 100 times better about the whole experience because I knew I had the support I needed and someone was always going to be there for me. Being pregnant is always a different time for everyone, but usually people onlt have good things to say when they reflect on their time being pregnant.
