Hey there,
I would really suggest calming down.
Whilst it's perhaps possible that you're pregnant, it's quite unlikely. Wait until you can do a pregnancy test - and then you'll know for certain. Again, I'll emphasise, pregnancy is possible but unlikely.
I would also like to say that the "pull out" method is not an effective method of birth control and that you should not rely on it because of the risks it poses.
It is always advisable to use a combination of both a condom and The Pill.
If you can't get any form of contraception, such as a condom, you should hold off having penetrative sex until you are able to.
I wish you the best of luck - get a pregnancy test if you're worried, but try not to be too panicky.

The white stuff could just be normal vaginal discharge and the cramping could be the fact that your period is due next week. There is nothing you can do now but wait to see if you get your period.
Please also remember in the future to use birth control. Whatever "method" he was using will not protect you against pregnancy. A man can not stop himself from leaking sperm before ejaculation.

Here is more information on vaginal discharge:
http://women.webmd.com/guide/vaginal...whats-abnormal
Sometimes periods can be different from one another, sometimes you will have cramps and other times you won’t. It’s not uncommon for a woman to be complaining of cramps before her period. The cramps would not be pregnancy related if you only had sex a week ago, it’s just too soon for pregnancy symptoms.
If you really think your cramps are abnormal for your cycle, sometimes abnormal cramps can be a sign of an STD. Since you did not use protection, did you ask your partner if they have been tested for STDs before? I think this is something you should talk to him about to make sure this isn’t the case. If he has never been tested, I highly recommend that you now get yourself tested at your doctor’s office.

If you don't get your period next week I suggest taking a pregnancy test. You can take one 14 days after you had sex.
