A couple of weeks ago, i told you that i had a drunken one night stand with my freinds gf. Anyway, she rang me up ealier and sounded panicked. The first thing that went into my head is that she is pregnant. If so, then im really screwed.

What should i do?

The only way to know for sure if she's pregnant or not is to have her take a pregnancy test. If it's been longer than two weeks that is. If it hasn't, have her wait a few days or until her period is supposed to come, and then ask her to take one. If she's pregnant, the two of you will have some explaining to do, if not, then nothing to worry about.

So like everyone else is saying, you can't really do anything until you find out the whole story. Ask her whats up and see what she says.
If she's worried, tell her to take a pregnantcy test two weeks after when you guys had sex.

Try not to panic to much. I hope that all goes well and it turns out she isn't pregnant. If it turns out that she is though and that it's your kid I hope you will be a part of it. No matter what happens everything will work out eventually. If you are worried about being a parent well when the time comes you just have start preparing. You will learn and get better at it as you go and I'm sure you will be fine. Anyways keep us updated and good luck with everything!

How long ago was the incident? 2 weeks or so?

She really needs to get a good estimate from a doctor on how far along she is so you can determine if it might be yours.. I ended up at the hospital right after my pregnancy was confirmed and the doctor was able to say "yep, this is definitely a 5-7 week old baby" just from feeling my uterus. Depending on which option she chooses, they may also do an ultrasound to confirm exactly how far along she is.

Dont stress! I would still see a doctor and discuss your options.
Do you have a plan? Does she want to keep the baby, give up for adoption, abortion, ect?
It'll be okay. There is always options out there, and you aren't alone.

Does her boyfriend know that the child might possibly be yours? Or does he even know she's pregnant? I think he should know the truth sometime soon once you figure out what you're going to do in order to have DNA testing done and prevent further miscommunication.

Dont really have a lot else to add here, as everyone else has said it all (getting to the doctors, determining how far along she is etc)

Well, just remember, if you tell him, you'll probably effectively end the relationship. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to know, he should, but definitely talk to her about it first and make sure she is ready to face the relationship ending and give her the chance to say she wants to be the one to confess. It is her relationship after all.
And yeah, like everyone else has been saying, you should get her to go to the doctor. That might want to be something you do before telling the friend she's pregnant, because if it isn't yours there is really no point in being like "oh yeah, she's also pregnant with my kid" if it isn't yours cause that'll probably just piss him off even more and you might as well do all you can to minimize the damage. If it is yours you 100% have to tell him. And to be certain, you should do a paternity test.

Seriously, in my opinion, the relationship already has a lot of damage because of the cheating. I'm just saying, it's better to tell him sooner than later because if he ever gets suspicious and demands a DNA test, I'm sure he'll be a lot more mad then if you tell him now.

This girl needs to own up to her boyfriend that she slept with another guy. She then needs to break it to him that she is pregnant, but making it very clear at this stage that the father is unknown, and that is will find out as soon as possible to put everyone's minds at peace. Will, it is absolutely not your place to be telling your friend that you got his girlfriend pregnant, that is a surefire recipe for disaster. It is their relationship, and your place in it right now is as an unwanted anomaly. Be the grey man, keep a low profile and don't do anything rash. You are going to have to come to terms with the fact that you have likely done irreparable damage to your relationship with both your male and female friend.

You are going to have some hard choices ahead, and I wish you luck with that.

Oh Danielle, I am definitely not saying that the relationship should be saved, I think she should know that she can have first dibs on telling her boyfriend. AND I think that he also has to know she's pregnant and that he (the bf) might not be the dad. In my opinion - yes, while it would be better if the girlfriend does tell him, I think that if she won't someone will because he deserves to know that he might not be the dad. Although it is their relationship, he has also become part of the relationship by possibly fathering his friend's girlfriend's child. It's not just between the two of them, it's between all three of them.

We are planning on keeping it, both of us have decided that its our responsibility to step up to the plate because we both conceived this child. She is 100% sure its mine, because her and my friend have not had sex in months.

I think it's wonderful that the two of you have planned to take responsibility and keep the child, and I hope everything goes well for you. Here are some tips for you, since you plan on keeping it.

First, just in case, you may want to get checked for an STD or STI, if you're not sure she's clean. Just a precaution, but it's smart to get checked. Also, you should think about setting aside money now; 9 months may seem like a long way down the road but it really isn't, and babies are very expensive. You should continue to put aside a decent amount of money each month in preparation for the baby. I would definitely advise you to try and help her as much as possible; pregnancy isn't easy, or fun. It's very stressful and tiring, and she's going to need your help.

Finally, and this will be difficult, you need to have a long talk with your friend about what you want to do here. This was his girlfriend, and their relationship is likely ruined and done. It's probably best if you two talk about this whole issue. Do it soon, instead of waiting. Good luck to you.

I think it's great that you guys are planning on keeping the baby. That shows responsibility on your part. But there are lots of things to be aware of and prepare for.

Money is a huge one. Setting aside money for food, cloths, ect. is going to be one of the hardest, I'm sure.
Also, making sure that she is able to go to all her doctors appointments.

Try to remember to be patient, because you are going to experience some wild things with her going through these next few months! But just remember, she does love you. haha
