It means exactly that.........you are growing pubic hair........which means you are starting puberty. Nothing to be worried about.

Says you are 13 so that's about a right age to start growing through puberty. With puberty, you will grow pubical hairs there. It's all a part of growing up, it's nothing big.
I always shave it off cause I don't like pubic hair haha. xD

You are now entering puberty. This is a normal part of puberty. There is nothing to be worried about
