Late puberty?

I'm going to get straight to the point as this is a bit weird for me.

I'm 16 and a half and am a bit confused as to whether my puberty is late and if so is this a problem.... My "details" are below

Essentially:
I'm about average height for my year...
My voice has kinda gotten deeper but i'm not sure whether it is fully broken
I have pubic hair but not much other hair (don't need to shave either).
Not really got any bo or had much acne (although had a tiny bit).
My penis has no grown much at all but I can ejaculate.
I can't really tell if my testicles have grown but they may well have done.

Sorry if I'm being too coarse/blunt, but I wasn't sure what to do as it is a little confusing for me...

Eh, I'd say you're a late bloomer. A lot of guys would say you're lucky to not have to shave, have acne, or have any odor. Still, when is your next physical? Your doctor will certainly notice if something's wrong at that point.

Yeah, it's sound like you are a 'late bloomer' so to speak. Puberty usually begins between 10 and 13 for guys (sometimes a year earlier or later). If you're concerned, I'd just make an appointment with your doctor even if you're not due for a physical yet.

count your blessings that you don't have a 4 o clock shadow by noon like some poor guys out there, yeah its great to say you can grow it but its a pain to shave (not to mention it gets expensive if you use disposable) Give yourself time, everyone hits it at different ages.

Don't be shy about being blunt. Actually you didn't get very detailed. If you have pubic hair and ejaculate, then you definitely are past puberty. I didn't shave either at 16, so that's not much of an indication and underarm hair can start later, too. You didn't say much about the actual size of your penis and testicles but if you're significantly smaller than your friends and you're concerned about it you should ask your doctor next time you go in for a checkup. I'm sure he or she will be glad to answer your questions.

(about 90% of guys have penises between 5 and 6 1/2 inches long and testicles are usually about an inch to an inch and a half in diameter)

^I don't believe the OP said anything about ejaculating...

You can have pubic hair without being done w/ puberty.

Anyhow, @Anonymous1993: if you are concerned, just talk to your doctor

Or, you could always talk to your parents (or even an older friend/relative) too, but your doctor is the one who is the expert

Your just (like everyone said) a late bloomer.
From a female stand point I understand.
I didn't get my period until I was 16.
My breasts didn't grow more till I was around 17.
It really annoyed me. Since every other female was over and done with growing.
But don't worry about it too much is my point. =)
If it really bothers you then ask your doctor.
