I had reduction surgery on Friday, and thankfully, it went well. The recovery process is slow, and I’m dealing with some pain, which means I need to take it easy for the next few weeks. I’m already feeling pretty bored since I can’t do much right now.

The surgery was a step forward, but it’s a bittersweet situation. Because of my condition, this isn’t a permanent fix—my genitalia will continue to grow over time, so I’ll need more surgeries in the future to keep things manageable. It’s tough knowing this is an ongoing challenge I’ll have to face repeatedly.

On top of that, my testicles remain disproportionately large, which wasn’t addressed in this surgery. That’s something I’ll need to deal with down the road, and it’s definitely weighing on me, both physically and emotionally. It’s a lot to handle, but I’m trying to take things one step at a time.

I would also like to have a penis reduction.

Glad you're doing fine. Ever since your surgery my dad took me to see the doctor but he said in my case it's not worth it to have reduction because it hasn't grown much and my size isn't insanely big.

I wish I wasnt insanely big down there either. But I am. Even bigger than insanely big. Its so absurd, Im just a little boy but everything about me is so sexual in a weird way, even my mom says this.

Maybe it’s better not to get surgery if it’s scary. There are always lots of women who admire a big penis and think they are beautiful to look at.

But not really though.

Sex would've been difficult for him when he got older, and even worse for the partner he chose to have sex with.

He would've been bullied for his oversized penis. People would call him names like "elephant ----" or "the human tripod"; bullies come up with ridiculous shit.

He already had the procedure and has already said he has a severe hormonal imbalance. Not sure how the urethra was dealt with but whatever.

We have to support him and hope the best for him and he's got to trust his doctors

The reduction already happened. My mom says I'm still more than enough for girls.
Not to mention that my growth is nowhere near stopped

Yes, the surgery went okay. My penis size got smaller and the growth stopped for a while.

But that was 4 months ago. It restarted since and its not as big as it was before the surgery yet, but the growth is even faster than before.
Also, the size of my testicles are not reduced, the yhavent stopped growing either.
Not to mention the amounts of semen i produce.

Yes, i wish nothing more than to be normal!
