Tampon first time user

Hi

I have got my peberty and my period. I wanna use organic tampons but I am incredibly tight and need help.

One important thing to do is make sure you’re relaxed, because if you’re anxious about putting in the tampon your vaginal muscles may be too tight. Try taking deep breaths before insertion. Planned Parenthood also said you can put a little bit of Vaseline on the tip of the applicator to help slide the tampon in. You can also try different positions such as sitting on the toilet, squatting, or standing with one foot on the toilet.
