Age of consent

[SIZE="a"]Hello. I was just wondering what the law is regarding virtual sex and age of consent. Like if you were to get on camera with someone and do things. Like ik in my state I can consent because as a 16 year old you can. But is it the same online say like with a 16 year old and a 24 year old ty[/size]

I'm not an expert, but because virtual sex would fall under the realm of pornography, the participants involved would both need to be eighteen years old or older. That law usurps local state laws regarding sexual content and consent.

In addition I'm just gonna say that any 24-year-old who wants to have sexual relations with a sixteen-year-old is not a safe person to be around. It's a matter of grooming and it's not okay.
