[SIZE="a"]Is this normal? When i dont have an erection and i pull the foreskin back, its a bit difficult but i can do it, but when i pull it back over, it hurts[/size]

Honestly, It shouldn't hurt. its common to be a little uncomfortable, but not painful.
If it continues is it possible to speak to a doctor about, just to be safe.

True. Tell it to a doctor if it persist. It should be normal to pull the foreskin back. It also allow you to clean it.
