Hey, I don't think you've done anything wrong. You just had a really intense experience and you're confused by it. That's fine. It's perfectly normal, and you've nothing to blame yourself for.

I agree with jamiep77 in regards to not blaming yourself and it is perfectly normal. It can be quite confusing when it comes to sexual intercourse, especially when it was your first time. Thanks for reaching out! There's nothing to be embarrassed about it. We all react differently to sex - especially when it's the first time. It's a new experience after all and it's natural that you reacted the way you did!

Don't beat yourself up for reacting a certain way - there's no "correct" way to react to sex as popular culture has mainstreamed. We are all unique in our responses to sex and sexuality.
