Human body deals with dead cells on itself, by reabsorbing it. Same goes for sperm.

Masturbation is completely healthy. It's not going to make your penis small, or any other health problems. The worst that can happen is if you do it a lot it might make you feel a bit sore for a short period of time. Nothing dangerous at all.

It can also actually be beneficial, for example reducing stress, allowing you to explore your body and learn about yourself, and allows you to vent sexual frustration without risk of STIs or getting someone pregnant
