On December first I had sex and we started making out then next thing I know his penis is near me. He touches me for a sec then I say hey let's use a condom. So we did. Then through the 16-22 I have my period. Everything is normal heavy and everything. But I have been so crazy stressed about being pregnant. I don't even know why. He wasnt cuming or anything yet so. and also I have been taking care of my grandfather because he has been home from the hospital and between school and such I have been REALLY stressed. Also, i have been working out a lot. Well I just started my period tonight. Is this bad? Do you think I am pregnant? I wasn't supposed to start till the 18th or so. Then again, I never have tracked my period till last month, I've been using this period tracker. ANYWAY can you please just tell me if I can get my period this early? and when I got my period I had it a full seven days!

It's normal for periods to come early, even if you've been having regular periods. Periods change continuously. I've noticed that my manager at work and I get ours around the same time when before my period would come towards the middle of the month. Now, it comes towards the end. Periods have been known to do strange things. If he didn't ejaculate, there is NO change of pregnancy whatsoever. Stress can put a ton of hardships on your body...and your period.

Hey there,
Sometimes a person's menstrual cycle can be thrown off by a lot of different factors. These factors can include sex, illness, a change in diet or exercise, or stress.
Stressing out is something you seem to be doing a lot of right now, and that stress can make your menstrual cycle come early or late. I think that the best thing you can do right now is calm down and try and relax. Nothing good will come out of worrying, so why not try and stay as relaxed as possible? Maybe exercise to release some of the stress or write it out, or even talk to someone. You don't have to keep it all inside.
Now, I don't think you are pregnant since he didn't ejaculate, and the two of you did use a condom (continue to do that). So, I think your period just came a bit early this month, which is perfectly normal.
So, relax. I know things are hard, but you can get through this. I wish you the very best!

Hey there,
Not everyone had regular periods all the time. Your period might be early for a number of reasons, including stress (which is probably true in your case). It is very, very rare to have a period whilst being pregnant, and if you are pregnant and you have a period, it's usually a lot lighter than your normal one, so if this time round it's just as heavy then it's very, very unlikely that you are pregnant.
Tracking your period needs to be done over a period of time... No pun intended. It's great that you've started keeping a track, but I highly doubt that you have enough information to predict when your period is due after only one month. Keep tracking it, and after a few months you should start to see the trends.
Condoms are 98% effective in preventing pregnancy when you use them correctly. If you are really worried, the only thing you can do is to take a pregnancy test. That's the sure fire way of knowing whether you're pregnant or not.
The chance that you are pregnant is absolutely tiny.
Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!
